Graces of Methodism by Alsbrooks Smith, Jr.
Followed by Throwback Sunday Potluck

The congregation enjoyed a musical presentation and description of the three Graces of Methodism during a combined 10:30am service.  Congregation members dressed in outfits to reflect a "throwback" to earlier times and the service was modeled as a traditional service.  During the service Alsbrooks Smith performed renditions of traditional Methodist music reflecting the three graces.  A special offering was taken to support his ministry.  Our choir performed a melody of several hymns on the theme of Grace.  Ted Mohler, who has been a member for 82 years since joining at age 12 spoke on the history of our church.  After the service everyone was invited to a potluck.  Of course, we had plenty of fellowship!  Below are pictures from the event.
