Affirm Weekend!
April 15, 16, 2023 was our annual spiritual life revival weekend. This year’s theme was “Affirm - What We Believe”.

Pastor David Chivington preached at our Affirm Revival Weekend. He has a passion for the church and a concern for the church. He says that we live in a culture that is sometimes hostile to the church and that some people only know Christians for what we are against.

The Apostle Peter wrote about that kind of culture in his day. He asks, “How shall we then live in a culture like this?” We Christian affirm and stand for many truths. David pastored at several churches in the West Ohio Conference.

He retired from full-time ministry and serves an independent congregation near Xenia where his son is lead pastor.
