Volunteers are needed each month to help with this ministry. If you can help with sorting and arranging items, setup in advance, or working during the open hours contact Cheryl Shadday and Cindy Overmier.
Liberty Chapel is blessed to serve the residents within the above boundaries with food assistance. Residents of Napoleon & Wauseon are NOT eligible as there are food pantries in those cities. We regret, that at this time, we can only serve those within the above defined boundaries.

If you make less than or equal to the income listed below for the number of people in your household and live in our service area you are eligible for food assistance.

Required Documentation & Identification
1 - Proof of Identification (State issued photo I.D. or S.S. card.)
2 - Proof of Income (tax return, W-2, check stubs, letter from J&FS, etc.)
3 - Proof of address (State issued photo I.D. with current address or piece of recent mail less than 30 days old.)
4 - Proof of number in household (State issued I.D. with current address or S.S. card for each member in household, Court child custody document or other legal document.)
