Henderson Mission Trip               October 2019

Carla and Joe Gillen joined the Maumee Watershed District on a Mission Work Team to Henderson Settlement in Frakes, Kentucky from October 13-19.  The group included 15 participants from 6 churches who worked on three projects to help needy families in the Henderson area.  Two projects were room additions to mobile homes, creating access to the homes, installing windows, a door, electrical wiring, drywall and siding.  The third project was to repair bathroom and kitchen flooring and install floor tile.  Another trip is planned for October 2020.
