Henderson Mission Trip               October 2022

On October 9, 2022, Brittany Gillen, Boyd Mozingo, and Joe & Carla Gillen joined the week-long mission trip traveling to Henderson Settlement in Frakes, Kentucky.  The group consisted of 15 persons from the Maumee Watershed District.  Their projects consisted of finishing room addition at one location, which included drywall mudding and painting.  It also included building a handicap ramp at a second location, and siding a storage shed and building an entrance ramp for it at a third location. This trip included a visit to Red Bird Mission for a delightful tour of their campus.  Another Henderson trip is planned for October 2023.  Contact Carla Gillen in interested in joining the team.
